Hi there! My name is Emily. I'm a senior at Oxford Virtual Academy in Michigan. It is my dream to go to the city and meet new, like-minded people I can make a difference with. I have a passion for understanding the human mind, writing, performing arts, film, and jazz. My goal is to make the world a more accessible place for everyone, but I'd like to start with young, neurodivergent people. I'm hoping to find a place where I can balance my creative side with my career-oriented goals. Writing is very important to me. I've written dozens of short screenplays and plays, as well as various short stories. I recently had an English teacher tell me, "You write like you've lived a thousand lives." I carry that compliment with me and allow it to inspire me to build new worlds that can make people feel seen. I can't wait to make the world a better place!
