Hello! My name is Ellen. I am an ambitious and hard-working individual who recently graduated from Belmont University with Magna Cum Laude honors, earning a B.B.A in Economics and Hospitality & Tourism Management. Starting my University journey at 17, I have always been driven by a commitment to excellence and a passion for learning. In September, I will attend Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences to pursue an MSc in Sustainable Business. My passions lie at the intersection of the hospitality industry and sustainability. With a vision to revolutionize the restaurant industry, I aspire to leverage my personal background growing up on a family farm, my academic knowledge, and hands-on work experience to create more sustainable practices in the Food and Beverage industry. I aim to contribute meaningful conversation and action to foster environmental consciousness and partnerships between farms and restaurants.
