- Public Policy Analysis

I read books daily.
I am an incoming PhD student in Public Policy at Oregon State University. I hold a Master of Global Affairs in Sustainable Development from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashesi University in Ghana, where I spent a semester abroad on academic exchange at Mälardalen University in Sweden. Shaped by cross-cultural experiences across Africa, Europe, Indonesia, and the United States, my research lies at the intersection of energy, environmental, and social policy, with a focus on energy and natural resource governance and the political economy of development. Using mixed methods that combine applied microeconomics with qualitative inquiry, I investigate how policy design and institutional structures affect household welfare and poverty reduction. I thrive in collaborative environments that require strategic partnerships and cross-cultural communication. I am driven by a clear mission: to bridge the gap between rigorous policy research and sustainable development in Sub-Saharan Africa by working alongside governments, NGOs, and research institutions to drive transformative, data-driven change. I invite you to explore my website to learn more about my past research projects and ongoing contributions. https://eejereon.owlstown.net/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/elizabethejereonye/
