I am a single mother of seven children. My goal for enrolling in college is to show my children they can do anything they want to. I also find it is a big goal for me to be able to counsel kids and possibly tell my story to help keep them from the same mistakes I made. I had a past drug addiction, which was my toughest obstacle in life but, I conquered it, and I am looking forward to getting my degree and proving recovery is possible. I want to use the bad things that I have been through to help other people before they ruin their lives like I did.
