The world, in my eyes, is art herself. I find art in the way tall grasses sway in the wind, the way bees seek out the most colorful flowers, and the way the sky is painted with stars and wispy clouds. I almost feel unworthy of using our planet as a muse, but I find no greater subject.
For example, one of my favorite sources of inspiration is the symbolism found in nature’s creatures. I often focus on capturing small beauties that deserve more attention. Recently, I spent hours recreating butterflies. While I used them later to represent human anxieties, the meticulous process of creating them brought me an unexpected serenity. Capturing life this way is challenging, but it fosters an intimate connection with nature.
The world inspires my art because I love to depict life itself, reflecting realities that anyone can relate to. That is my goal as an artist: to fill my life with creativity that resonates with others.
