My name is Elena Neuburger. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I want to become a biologist with a minor in earth science to be able to help the environment. I'm also passionate about my community. I do my best to be active in my civic government and volunteer as much as I can to promote what I care about. I have always known that I wanted to major in science. I enjoy learning how we, and the world around us, function, especially on the smallest cellular level. I want to make a change in the world, and right now, that change is connected to environmental issues like global warming, pollution, and invasive and endangered species.
