Hi! I’m a first generation Japanese-Mexican American student passionate about language, learning, and helping others grow. My family immigrated from Japan and Mexico, and I come from a long line of veterans who’ve inspired me to work hard and give back in my own way. I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Special Education/English while earning my teaching certificate, with the goal of becoming an educator who makes language accessible and exciting, especially for special needs students. Outside of school, I’m a proud member of the LGBTQ community and a happy owner to my emotional support cat, Muffin :)
