Bio

Hi! My name is Eiden. I'm currently enrolled as a Biological-Sciences major at UC Irvine. A quick couple things about me. I enjoy hiking, cooking, playing tennis, reading, and learning card tricks! My go to music genre is Korean r&b. I love working with people and serving my community. My favorite color is black. I have been blessed with 2 younger siblings and 2 hard-working, kind parents. As a first-generation student, I am fueled by hard work and dedication because I want to succeed not just for my own, but for my family. I welcome humility and embrace failures as opportunities to grow. I know I stand on the mountain of countless sacrifices that my parents have made for me, and I will not see their sacrifices be in vain. With an aim to specialize in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and my passion to work for the people, I am motivated to earn my bachelor's and work a career in Physical Therapy. I believe physical therapy is an often-overlooked profession and there are many communities that need more of this type of care. I value not just helping people, but the relationships I can create. The brief, yet beautiful connections formed with people, each from unique backgrounds. Thus, I am excited to pursue my aspirations to enrich my knowledge, education, and community.
