Hi, my name is Eesha! I intend to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering, as I've always been interested in its concepts, such as math, physics, hardware, and software. I am very passionate about robotics, especially using robotics to improve the world around us. I am the captain of my school's Underwater Robotics team, which creates a robot capable of performing tasks to increase the health of the marine ecosystem. I am also an ardent supporter of the arts. I have helped organize three city festivals dedicated to promoting the work of makers and artists. In my free time, I have been teaching myself coding. I enjoy learning and working on programming projects whenever I get a chance. I am passionate about encouraging other students to start or continue their coding journeys as well. As the Virtual Events Lead at the nonprofit Hack Club, I manage virtual events for an international community of teenage coders. I hope to be able to use the knowledge that I have gained so far, as well as continue to learn as I pursue Mechanical Engineering, to make the world I live in a better place.
