Bio

Siona “Dolly” Pramoda from Guaynabo, Puerto Rico attends the Baldwin School, where she serves as the president of the Experimental club and the co-captain of the swim team. After losing her friend to a cyber-event related suicide, Dolly cofounded the nonprofit SafeTeensOnline, and has provided bilingual, peer-to-peer cyber curriculum to over 5 million students around the globe. Recognized as the youngest honoree of the Forbes 30 under 30 and by Prudential, T-Mobile, and former First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, Dolly believes that digital safety is a fundamental right and is committed to providing a digital bill of rights to one billion students around the world one day. Dolly aspires to expand access in women’s healthcare, working to create an intelligent period product that detects early signs of breast cancer. She has conducted independent molecular biology and environmental justice research. Dolly plans to pursue an interdisciplinary path in health, environment and public policy, grounded in lifelong service.
