My utopian vision for the black community is stop racial injustice and go against white supremacy and prevent acts of violence and disregard towards black people by realizing our actions and words can be hurtful and troublesome so it's best to be respectful and understanding. The black community is a constant target of racism, prejudice, violence and lack of social and supportive resources. These things have harmed the black community of their mental health socially and psychologically and cause bad mental health symptoms. In my utopian vision, to solve these problems is to improve the mental health of the black community by erasing racism and prejudice in American society. This is because racism and prejudice are the main sources of the uncivilized actions in problems that black people go through and that affect their mental health. In a society I believe where blacks are free and should have all their rights followed and be treated equally, without being judged by their skin color and be condemned for how they feel. For that to happen, a reasonable way should be arranged, racism is something deeply embedded in modern society that must be focused on and abolished by everyone every day. How mental health and advocacy help achieve social justice for communities of color is by reaching out for help and speaking out for themselves. Social Justice is all about working towards a more equal society that should help and support each other and prioritize our mental health in communities of color. When people of color are experiencing challenges with their mental health, it is necessary for them to receive care. Mental health professionals, communities and organizations can provide support for people of color that been discriminated against and experienced racial injustice and there's black mental health resources that can help the people of color find support to improve their mental health and be conabout their life instead of being depressed because of racism, discrimination, and inequity. Advocacy seeks to ensure that all people in society are able to have their voice heard on issues that are important to them, protect and promote their rights, have their views and wishes genuinely considered when decisions are being made about their lives. Mental health professionals should seek equality of rights and opportunities for all people which includes the black community, a way of advancing mental health professionals work is social justice agenda through advocacy. Advocacy can require for the individual and for a group of gor change. Advocacy works with social justice to focus on public attitudes, policies, and laws to create a more socially just society guided by the vision of human rights that may include awareness of socio-economic inequities, protection of social rights as well as racial identity. Advocacy seeks to ensure that all people in society are able to have their voice heard on issues and subjects that are important to them, protect and promote their rights. Mental health care encourages black people to be accepted for who they are cause of their skin color and to not be treated any less.Negative attitudes and beliefs to people have low mental health conditions is widely spread within the United States and can make a devastating impact within the Black community. When a person of color speaks about how they feel they shouldn't get shut down and have people be dismissive about their how they feel and their mental health. Black people are hesitant on what they talk about so they need help through others including mental health professionals should listen and understand and relate to them and respect them and their dignity.
