My favorite aspect of the game is simply being able to build and create anything I could really want. I’ve been playing the game since it’s release and I was still a little kid. As I’ve aged, I never stopped playing, and I believe it’s one of those timeless games that you can always come back to. I love the aspect of being able to create because the way it’s shown in Minecraft is unique to itself and different than other games. I am a fan of architecture and art, so being able to see what people can create and being able to create what I want is amazing to me. It also allows me to collaborate with my friends. The games brought us together and we have fun playing it. When we play we build alot, ranging from bases, to cities, etc. We build seprate and together, but we always have the capabilities of being creative with one another. I also enjoyed the aspect of it being able to be a long term game that I can still enjoy after completing it. They’ve made it much longer and there are ways to make it longer lasting, but being able to expand and continuously grow within the game is an amazing component to me.

My name is Daylen Sapenter, I am a student athlete at Seguin High School. I’ve been doing the ECHS program my entire highschool career as well as being a multi-sport athlete. I take the hardest classes and strive for success. I plan to make a positive impact through my potential career and sports. I would like to do so by helping others and showing people that you can still achieve success, even if you come from almost nothing. I’ve been doing sports for as long as I can remember, I’ve played and trained for all sorts of sports, but track has stuck with me. I started it in fifth grade and I sucked. That never stopped me though, I kept training, trying, and working every day for years in order to reach some type of success in the sport. I’ve achieved some goals along the road now, like 9th in the nation, National Qualifer, Top 3 National CC team, and a few other rewards. Even so, I don’t feel like I’ve accomplished much and I intend on making my last season my best. I want to achieve times that will get me recognized by a university, and allow me to run in college. When I run in college, I want to be able to show that a kid from a small town can become one of the best runners of his era. I want to inspire younger athletes and runners to never quit, no matter how much hardship they face. I would hope to inspire anyone and everyone. In my career, I want to pursue law, and potentially be an attorney. I think the judical system does good, but it also does a lot of wrong to the wrong people. I want to be able to be someone that will do good for the world and the economy in that aspect. It’s always been a dream to help others in their struggles, and provide my knowledge in a way that can ultimately service others. Even if it isn’t super vast, I believe that I could still potentially make a large impact on others and the people around me. With this, I intend on using my athletic opportunities and the academic opportunities I’ve been provided with in order to achieve success. I will also use these aspects to provide the world with a positive impact through my career and my sport.
