NomineeBio
Hi! My name is Dayle, and I am a high school senior with a passion for science and healthcare, aspiring to become a physician assistant. I am also a low-income, first-generation student. Through my advanced coursework in AP Biology and College Anatomy and Physiology, I’ve cultivated a deep interest in understanding the human body. Alongside my academics, I’ve gained valuable leadership and teamwork skills as the captain of my varsity cheerleading team and through over 200 hours of community service.
I currently work as a gymnastics coach, where I teach and mentor young athletes, and I have previously worked as a store assistant at a tuxedo rental shop. These roles have taught me responsibility, time management, and strong communication skills. Volunteering at charity events and mentoring underprivileged students has further solidified my commitment to serving my community and supporting others in overcoming challenges.
My goal is to combine my passion for science and service to provide compassionate care as a physician assistant. I am driven by a desire to uplift my community, lead by example, and make a meaningful impact through education, healthcare, and advocacy.
I plan to complete my 4-year bachelor's degree in biology then apply to PA school and get my master's. I will use all my current skills to help me throughout college and gain new skills.
