Danielle Ojede is an incoming freshman at the University of Texas at Austin majoring in biomedical engineering on a pre-medical track in alignment with aspirations of becoming a physician-scientist. In high school at the Liberal Arts and Science Academy (LASA) in Austin, Texas, she served as the President of the LASA Chemistry Club and a student leadership council focused on inclusion and civic engagement, was a member of the LASA Varsity Tennis Team, and tutored in mathematics, chemistry, and writing.
