As an Army dependent, I am used to change. I have grown up in a strong Christian family that holds strong values of faith and resilience despite challenges. Being diagnosed with Celiac Disease at a young age was probably the hardest challenge I’ve come across. It has inspired me and enabled me to become more compassionate and understanding to others but it has also driven me to pursue a potential career as a Registered Dietician with a bachelor’s in Psychology.
