I live a minimalistic lifestyle. I don't often purchase unnecessary items. When I go grocery shopping, I regularly observe the packaging of items. Natural produce is simple to put in a re-usable bag. When it comes to other items such as a snack like chips, I purchase the largest bag so I don't have to buy more small ones. I don't buy extra beverages because of the additional waste. I avoid purchasing anything through Amazon. Everything in my room, except for my technology, was thrifted or given to me. I use the least amount of electricity I can, such as having the lights off. I can drive, but I usually take the bus or walk. I don't smoke because that pollutes the air. I have a compost bin to make fertilizer for our garden. Finally, even though I like the concept of NFTS, I can't create and sell my own because it harms the environment as well.

I hope to inspire others to stay connected to themselves and pursue new opportunities, especially in education and self-improvement. When I'm outside, I actively engage with others. I've managed to convince various individuals to enroll at our local community college. I also preach about the importance of self-reflection, and I put up flyers for it too. Through this, I hope to encourage others to reflect on their lives and take new steps toward transforming them for the better. I hope to remind people they're not alone, and that there are always going to be people around that are rooting for them. I always encourage others in their endeavors. Additionally, I've worked in Special Education classes with young children. While I was with them, I tried to offer support that other teachers brushed over. I was patient with them, knowing they could learn the material just as well as the other students. I hope I reminded them that the issues they were dealing with didn't have to stop them from succeeding.

I once had a psychotic break that inspired drastic change in my life. Many of the hallucinations I experienced were based on my own self-destruction. I wasn't sleeping or eating, and I was focused on my relationships rather than life itself. After that experience, I realized I needed to take care of myself before I could actively help others. I also realized how much fear was controlling me. I started eating healthier, working out, meditating, journaling, sleeping enough, etc. One of my hallucinations included a car crash, making it harder to earn a driver's license. I had to take many measures including new medication and therapy to move on from these experiences and to create new, healthy ones. Now, I've achieved a stable lifestyle, and I can pursue opportunities I couldn't before. For example; driving, getting a new job, and staying on track in my classes. My anxiety has subsided dramatically, so I can communicate clearly and effectively. I also identified certain stressors that triggered the episode itself. I disconnected from individuals who were trying to make me fall further. Even though they still try to hurt me, I'm in a better mindset. I can recognize that their words never applied to me. As a result, I can stay calm during these attacks.
