Hello! My name is Daisy, and I'm from St. Paul, MN! I will be entering my freshman year of undergrad at Northwestern University this upcoming fall, and I will be majoring in biomedical engineering. Some fun things I do outside of school is swim competitively and play the violin. I also enjoy doing anything artsy, whether that'd be painting, charcoal, sketches, watercolor, etc. I've always had a deep passion for helping others, which is why I have set an ultimate goal to enter the medical field in the future as I hope to help others' lives wherever and whenever I can. My passion for engineering and biology and caring for others primarily motivated my choice to pursue a biomedical engineering major. I hope to continue my aspirations in college to eventually one day help improve others' lives. I strongly believe the countless opportunities presented in college will allow me to find my career passions as I explore the field of medicine and biomedical engineering through extensive laboratory research with college professors.
