Hello! My name is Daffney Renteria. I have been in the car industry for about 5 - 6 years. I went to Emily Griffith for a 1-year program for mechanic and I used that to work at a dealership. I wanted to become a mechanic as I love to solve problems and to get dirty! Which that didn't happen, so I started as a service advisor and now I'm a Recon Manager at Chevrolet. Working in the car industry is extremely stressful and very draining which I have lost so much motivation. I love cars, I myself have a couple pretty cool cars which I have two 2003/2010 Evos and a 2018 Subaru WRX. I love the mechanic life, but I have decided to change my career and have the opportunity to grow. I'm currently stuck in the same position for a while now with no room to grow so I have decided to go to Red Rock to do radiology. I am currently working on my prerequisites which I have another year left to actually start the program. But my goal is to become successful, willing to grow, and to be happy again!
