During the start of quarantine, I was in a very bad place. I felt bad about myself and overall just felt detached from everything along with stress from the pandemic and social issues. One day, I was in my grandfather's piano room and a melody kept playing over and over in my head. So I laid it down on the keys and I came up with very simple lyrics that basically gave me comfort about how I felt. The words in the song really just mean that no matter how bad I feel, there will always be a place for me in the world and I just have to take the time to get through my issues in order to find myself.
