My professional passion and natural talent is welding. I will be attending a regional competition the 1st week in March for which I have been working diligently on my skills. My hopes are to advance onto the state competition! After high school I plan to attend a technical college to continue to broaden my technique. I am currently in my second year of welding at our local career center. I have found welding to not only be a skill I'm talented at but also something I find enjoyable doing. I am able to be completely removed from outside thoughts or day to day concerns and become extremely focused on my work! I feel college will help me further decide which focused field I would like to pursue in the welding world. The opportunities feels unlimited and I am ready to make my dreams come true by contributing in a positive way in the society!
