      I’m entering the path for cybersecurity due to the lack of current internet security there currently is within our world. Most people still fall for phishing emails, yet we could likely solve the problem of the spread of those emails by simple data collection and recognizing patterns per email, let alone spam detection actually detecting spam.

      Superfoods are the superhero’s of all food types. Superfoods are packed with cancer-fighting antioxidants and heart-healthy fats, and they are also packed with lots of fiber to help prevent diabetes, and phytochemicals, which have several health perks. Superfoods have high vitamin and mineral content found in superfoods can help your body ward off diseases, and these reasons is why I personally use almonds and blueberries for most meals. Usually I can use them on the side or in blue berries case, I use them in my drink whenever I go to workout or just daily activity. Blueberries specifically are packed with antioxidants and phytoflavinoids, these berries are also high in potassium and vitamin C, making them the top choice of doctors and nutritionists. Not only can they lower your risk of heart disease and cancer, they are also anti-inflammatory. Almonds are a natural source of 15 nutrients, including plant proteins and healthy fats. Almonds are rich in vitamin E antioxidants, dietary fiber, riboflavin, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, protein, manganese and calcium. They also contain folate, iron, niacin, thiamine, zinc and potassium.
