Hi! I'm Cloey, an IB diploma student at Sumter High School. I am heavily involved in the Junior Civitan organization, in which I hold a school and district position. I love participating in local park cleanups, cooking for homeless shelters, and planting trees on my school campus. I am also a member of my school's wind ensemble, and I am a proud oboe player. My favorite and most therapeutic activity is tennis. I play for my school's girls varsity team, my local community's high performance team, and I manage the boy's varsity team. I can easily play for hours straight without even realizing. My main passion is psychology. I've been interested in the subject since elementary school, and taking an IB psychology course confirmed my love for it. After struggling with ADHD and other mental health issues myself, I think proper education and mental health advocacy is essential. My ultimate goal is to gain a doctorate in psychology and work as a clinical child psychology, specializing in ADHD and Autism.
