I am a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in English Literature. I currently work as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Brookhaven at Lexington and am a summer research intern at Boston Children's Hospital working on orphan congenital myopathies. At school, I founded an intergenerational book club to spread my love of reading and build connections between generations. I am also an active volunteer as a camp counselor at the Muscular Dystrophy Association, helping children with neuromuscular disorders attend camp.
