Bio

I am a third year UCSB student interested in the psychological and sociological fields. I work as a peer counselor at UCSB and am involved in advocacy groups such as Trans & Queer Commission and Public and Mental Health Commission. I am passionate about mental health awareness, specifically as it relates to LGBTQ+ wellness and severe mental illness. My experience with bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD have informed my passion for helping those who are often left out of the mental health conversation and told that they cannot be helped. I hope to become a licensed clinical psychologist through obtaining a PsyD.
