    Bold Goals Scholarship
Some of my goals for the future are to go to Arizona State University to graduate with my bachelors so I can go to Law school. I want to become a lawyer, so this is a necessary step to take. Not to mention another goal of mine is to hopefully graduate with a bachelors with no debt like I am doing with my associates. My goal is to either become a divorce lawyer or a lawyer who fights for people's rights. Another great goal I have for the future is to pass the bar after law school and actually get a career within the field that I studied for. Another successful goal of mine is that I want to keep getting really good grades. I have managed to get my grades up these last two semesters, and I am hoping to do the same at Arizona State University. These are just some of my goals for the future.
    Bold Study Strategies Scholarship
I actually do quite a couple of things to help me study one of those being that I write out everything that is due for the week and take a peek at the assignments so if there are any big projects or assignments that will take me time, I can get a head start. Not to mention I also facetime my best friend and we study and do homework together. We not only get to talk and ask each other questions about if are paper sounds good, we also ask each other's opinions on things related to our homework even though we do not have any of the same classes we just go to the same college. By being on facetime it also stops us from being on our phones which can be a big distraction. Not to mention it can also help with motivating each other to get the work done for school.
    Bold Persistence Scholarship
I would say I used persistence to overcome passing my classes my first semester of college. I had a scholarship and lost it because I got depressed from my grandpa passing away, so I let my grades slip. I overcame this by being persistent and asking for extra credit as well as forcing myself to stay for tutoring if they had to offer any and I needed it. The hardest class for me to pass was my math class. It was a zoom class that was worth four credits. I later realized I did not want to do zoom classes, but I pushed through, and the teacher was really easy to get ahold of for help on the homework. I ended up passing all my classes and passed my math class with an exact seventy percent. I know it is not the best grade, but I still passed and in the moment that is all that mattered.
    Bold Confidence Matters Scholarship
I think confidence can go a long way. Meaning I have noticed being more confident can actually help you out. I think this because when I have applied for jobs, I do not wait for them to call me. I call the company and ask to speak to the manager to see if I can get an interview. I swear being confident is what lands me an interview almost every time. Not to mention I am working on being more confident with myself by not only working out but just also not comparing myself to other people. Which I think can sometimes be the hardest part. Confidence to me means that even if you don't feel confident and can act like you are I am sure it will go in your favor. You know what people say, "confidence is key." That is what confidence means to me and how I am also working on my confidence.
    Bold Empathy Scholarship
Well first off empathy is about being able to put yourself in another person's shoes in a sense and to be able to feel what they are feeling or to understand what they have going on that is troubling to them. I remember earlier this year my best friend lost her baby and I know I did not go through anything like that personally. However, I was about to empathize with her because she was crying really hard about it and did not know what to do. I have been there plenty of time of not knowing what to do. When you're in a place of not knowing what to do it is always good to have people around you to distract you, so I let her stay me with me for a couple of months until she was not feeling so down. This is how I treat others with empathy.
    Bold Relaxation Scholarship
I relax and take care of my mental health by reading books. I love to read it really helps to relax me. I also love to just sit outside in the sun that is another form of relaxation for me. As for my mental health I talk to someone every three months who makes sure my mental health is in the right place. If it is not, she helps me get back on the right track of taking care of myself. I take care of mental health by also spending time with my friends and family. I say this helps my mental health because spending time with other people can be beneficial. I also like to relax by playing video games. It allows me to focus on something else other than the real world and I get to forget about all my stresses. Overall, I say I take pretty good care of my mental health and give myself enough time to relax as well.
    Bold Career Goals Scholarship
My dream for my future goal is to become a lawyer. I have had this dream since the seventh grade from watching crime shows. I wanted to originally be a criminal prosecution lawyer but then later realized I wanted to do another type of law. I either want to become a divorce lawyer or become a lawyer that fights for people's rights in mental hospitals. I want to be able to become the first lawyer in my family on top of it is a really long and hard goal to achieve and you have to be really dedicated. I will also be the first one out of my dad's kids to get a college degree. I want to make a difference with helping people get out of situations they do not want to be in or to simply help them with their rights that get taken away when you are in a mental hospital.
    Bold Happiness Scholarship
One thing or I should say person that really makes me happy is my mom. Seeing her smile and happy brings happiness to me. I love spending time with my mom and watching Tv with her as well as talking to her about what goes on at work. Not to mention seeing my dogs make me happy because I love seeing them get along as well as my mom's love them both. So, seeing them get along and enjoying each other's company makes her happy so it makes me happy as well. What also makes me happy is going to work and seeing all of my coworkers and I love to joke with them about the stupid stuff that goes on at work. There are a lot of things that make me happy on a daily basis in my life these are just some of the few that stand out to me.
    Bold Success Scholarship
My future goal is to become a lawyer. What type of lawyer I want to become I am not one hundred percent certain of yet, but I plan to achieve this goal by taking all the right classes I need to become a lawyer. Not to mention I am graduating with my associates and then I just picked out my classes for the fall semester at Arizona State University to get ready to start earning my bachelors. In order to become successful I even picked up my grades to show that I am a hard worker and really want this career. I even checked with my academic advisor to make sure I am picking the right classes. My bachelors is in Criminology and Criminal Justice. This is so I can then get ready for law school and become successful by being able to achieve my goal of wanting to become a lawyer.
    Bold Make Your Mark Scholarship
I hope to leave a mark on the world by hopefully becoming a really good lawyer. I want to either become a divorce lawyer or a lawyer who fights for people's rights in mental hospitals. I say this because I can leave a really good impression on the world by becoming a good divorce lawyer because I can help people out of really hard and stressful situations. Not to mention I want to help people who get their rights taken away when they are in hospitals. I want people to know that they are not alone as well as to hopefully get some of the rules changed in some of the hospitals. One of those rules being that they have to hold you for 72 hours and that the weekends do not count towards your 72 hours of evaluation to see if you are a danger to yourself or to society. There are a lot of rules that should be changed and that is how I intend to leave my mark as a lawyer who fights for people's rights.
    Bold Motivation Scholarship
There are several things that motivate me on a daily basis one of those motivations would be my mom. She is my best friend and I do a lot of things I do to make her happy. Her happiness is everything to me. Me getting up in the morning to do anything is just for her. She motivates me to go to school, to go to work, she motivates me overall to be a better person every day. Not to mention the other thing that motivates me would be my friend Josh and even though he passed away I still force myself to do good in school because I know he would be really proud of me. He motivates me just as much as my mom does, they just both motivate me in different ways. I feel they both motivate me because they cause a drive in me to do things that wasn't there before.
    Bold Joy Scholarship
Joy means a lot to me because I think it really takes someone to be happy with themselves before, they actually get the true feeling of joy. I seek out things that bring me joy like going out with my friends. That always brings a smile to my face because seeing my friends is not easy. Especially since our schedules do not exactly add up. I also find joy out of just hanging out with my mom since she is honestly like my best friend. I get joy out of making her happy because I always want the best for her. I also find happiness and joy from our two dogs we have; it makes me happy to see them play with each other. It also brings me joy to see my mom take a liking to the new dog I bought. She honestly loves my mom more than me it seems like. There are a lot of things that bring me happiness and joy in life. Some of it doesn't have to be doing a whole lot of stuff it can be getting joy from seeing someone else happy.
    Bold Fuel Your Life Scholarship
The thing that is really fueling my life right now would be my mom and my school. My mom is a major part of my life and recently she got super sick. My mom had several strokes and will not be the same for a while. I am fighting every day to be a better person and stay strong for her because I know I will be a big part in her recovery. I also have my school to fuel me in life because it keeps me occupied and makes the time go by fast. Not to mention my mom would be very proud of me for going to college and graduating. That is why my mom is a huge part in fueling my life because I think about her and want to make her happy in any way that I can. It is also fueling me to keep going to school after my associates because both my brothers have their master's degrees, and I am sort of a competitor.
    Bold Meaning of Life Scholarship
I think the meaning of life can mean a lot of different things. I think it means being grateful for what you have as well as I think it can also mean that you can just be grateful to be alive. Some people struggle and face many hardships whereas I do not. I have a roof over my head, I have food to eat, as well as clothes to wear and I know some people do not even have that. I am grateful for the life I have that provides me those things. I also think the meaning of life can just be someone being strong for others. I believe that some people live and fight longer for others that they love. This is why I believe the meaning of life can mean a lot of different things. It also just depends on how people view the way life is.
    Bold Encouraging Others Scholarship
I feel like I encourage and support others around me in a lot of ways. My friend Angel really wants to go to school and does not know where to start or how to pay for it. I told her she could totally do it and there are plenty of options for her. She can save up money during the summer and going during the fall or keep saving and go during the spring. Or she even has the option of setting up a payment plan. My community college gave me the option to have a payment plan, if need be, when trying to pay for my college. Not to mention I even gave her different websites to check out so she can start looking into scholarships and told her depending on which college she goes to she can even fill out scholarships through the school she is planning on attending.
    Bold Speak Your Mind Scholarship
I stay committed to speaking my mind by being loud and clear and letting people know that it is okay to have a difference of opinion. I remember during my senior year of high school they decided to guinea pig my class and change the way they were doing the senior photos. I hated how we had to have a black background photo and it had to be horizontal not vertical after we already took pictures. I made a petition to get the yearbooks photos changed to a school appropriate picture that us students picked ourselves. I had over one hundred signatures by walking around the school during lunch and asking other students to sign during class when there was time. I made a lot of social media posts to go with it as well. I eventually got pulled into the principal's office and was able to work something work. That is how I was able to speak my mind.
    Bold Reflection Scholarship
It has shaped my hope for the future because I have worked really hard to get to where I am in my schooling. I pay for most of my things and have paid off the last three semesters by myself. Not to mention my dream goal is to become a lawyer and doing all this hard work is slowly but surely getting me to where I want to be in the future.
