My name is Chloe Meranda, and I am a Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at The University of Toledo. From a young age, I have been passionate about helping others succeed and creating positive, inclusive spaces where everyone feels valued. Growing up in a diverse community and being a first-generation college student has shaped my commitment to supporting individuals from all backgrounds. As a dedicated student, I have maintained a 3.7 GPA while balancing full-time work and active involvement on campus. Beyond academics, I am passionate about helping those in my community circle. I currently serve and assist young individuals by sharing my knowledge and experience to provide insights into their career paths. I assist with resume writing workshops and career guidance. My long-term goal is to become a certified HR professional and eventually lead organizations' training and development practices that promote diversity, equity, and the well-being of employees. I aspire to create workplaces where every individual feels empowered to grow and contribute.
