Hi there! I am a current undergraduate student at The University of Toledo. I have decided to pursue a degree in Human Resource Management because I want to improve the world. I want to work towards equality and fairness for all. I want to work towards a better future for all people of the earth, including our future generations. I have always had a passion for being the individual to make someone's day, or even change their life with what I have to offer. All my life, I've been told that I would never be able to bloom into someone useful or obtain my dream job simply because I have chronic Osteoarthritis. I was diagnosed with it at a young age, but that has not stopped me from pursuing my passion. If anything, it has motivated me more than ever before to become something that the world has never seen. I believe in myself and my abilities to become something great, and I have decided to not let my disability stop me. As a young woman, I have big dreams. Once I finish my degree at UToledo (The University of Toledo) I plan to partner with Toledo's one and only: Promedica Hospital. I plan to put my degree to use by working in the Human Resource Department. I plan to interact with my employees to motivate them and inspire them to create a safe and inspiring workplace. I want to do this to make the world a better place for both the patient and the employee.
