Since I was young, I've had a deep interest in biology. My family has always had a strong appreciation for nature, and as a child, I spent countless hours exploring Ohio's Metroparks. These experiences sparked a passion for learning about the natural world and finding ways to protect it. Even now, I still enjoy spending time near the woods or a creek, observing the environment around me. It's always been a source of comfort, especially during tough times. As a first-generation college student, my family has worked tirelessly to support me, and I'm determined to work just as hard to create a better future for myself and others through my studies.
