Hello! I am Charisse Delostrico, a rising college sophomore attending the University of Maryland, College Park, intending to major in neuroscience. I am a student at the University Honors College on the Dean's List with a focus on the humanities. I am driven to work in the behavioral sciences field because of my passion for human studies and STEM. Furthermore, I plan on becoming someone who can form bridges between diverse communities in the United States to access healthcare. As someone who has become exposed to multiple communities and backgrounds in my school environment and has virtually tutored immigrant children, I have realized that I could use my education and talents to help the world become more united. My biggest aspiration is to become a medical student and pursue my interests in neuropsychology and biology.
