As a first-generation college student, I have felt out of place so many times since starting college. It's a feeling I never want my younger sister and nieces to feel. My parents weren't given many resources to finish their education, but they have done everything to make sure that I can reach my full potential. Since starting college, I have made friends with other first generation students, and its so cool seeing us breaking the cycle in current time. My goals for the future are to graduate and obtain a master's degree in architecture, while growing my real estate business.
