Who am I? I am a student who seeks to continue growing in all aspects of life. Without a constant growth mindset, we wouldn't be able to pursue what we find hard to achieve. Determination and purpose are the key aspects of my life. Leaving my comfort zone has taught me to be more dominant in influencing the chronology of not being able to succeed because of my slow beginnings. I go by Carmen, but most people call me Angel. I am a sophomore at The College of Wooster majoring in Biology on a pre- Med track. I am searching for scholarship opportunities to help me pay off my tuition fees and student loans. I currently live with a single parent ( my mother), and it is overwhelming to see her struggle to get the money she can afford to pay off my loans and debts. Even as a student, I try to gain income from multiple jobs but still find it hard to pay, so I need scholarships to take off the burden from my mom and for myself so I can be able to achieve those dreams by also having enough time to focus on my studies.
