I'm planning on going into the Real Estate Development and Property Management field after college. I am drawn to the process of turning a blank canvas, such as an empty plot of land, into a thriving office space or industrial site. The transformation that takes place through the development process is truly fascinating to me. Another reason why I'm interested in Real Estate Development is that it's a field that allows me to give back to the community by working with institutions dedicated to providing affordable housing for residents. In the future, I would like to start my own firm which focuses on exactly that, providing housing for low-income communities at an affordable price.
