A healthy lifestyle is essential, so I can feel proud for adequately taking care of myself, living correctly, and outliving people living in the wrong. The United States of America is a highly unhealthy country as a whole. Eating human-made, processed, and artificial foods are normalized, and people praise others more for eating fast food or junk food than eating fruits and vegetables. In general, bad habits are more permissible than good, life-saving habits. The outrageous thing is the FDA approves lots of harsh chemicals for everyday consumption, and these chemicals alter our mental, physical, and spiritual health. In the present day of human existence, there are way more ill and overweight kids and adults today than ever before in history. Unhealthy lifestyles are generationally passed down from great-grandparents to grandparents to offspring, and so on. To create a healthier lifestyle, we must unlearn the health myths we were taught throughout life and accept the correct way to be healthy. Also, not enough people exercise nowadays. There are lazier people on this planet that refuse to change their lifestyle to improve their health to do great things for their future.

Speaking my mind makes me the honest person I am right now. Committing to it has a process. The steps to the process are pretty easy if you are already a truth-teller. If you are a compulsive liar, the steps would be a mental shift. If I have an opinion about something, I would be confident to share it with whoever asks me. I love receiving the truth to reciprocate it back to a person. Sharing my honest opinion is one of my favorite things to do when communicating with others. To commit to speaking my mind, I first prioritize answering questions or other statements truthfully as a habit no matter what. Next, I eliminate my fear of how a person would respond to my thoughts towards a question or comment. I also have to remind myself to hit the bullseye straight to the truth. No matter my answer, the listener can either agree or disagree with my response. I must remain brave and support my stance on the topic. I am no longer afraid to speak my mind because I want to be the outcast who tells the truth in a society or generation full of fallacies. Speaking my mind may impact whoever listens to me. Teaching people the truth and opening their minds to something else makes me feel empowered and intelligent. I reward myself for not lying. I stay committed to speaking my mind by being honest and unapologetically me.
