Hi! I am deeply passionate about all things fitness, nutrition, and psychology. I love spending time with loved ones. I started weightlifting to manage stress, and better my mental and physical health, and to say I fell in love with fitness would be an understatement. I am strongly passionate about the importance of mental health. I am not afraid to admit I’ve struggled with my mental health a lot. Because of that struggle, I realized that I wanted to major in psychology. I've witnessed firsthand how mental health professionals impact people, and I know it's my purpose in life. I am a huge advocate for having a positive mindset. Focusing on the good doesn't take away your problems, but it helps you be able to deal with them better. I find happiness in laughing with loved ones. Where I live there are lots of gorgeous mountains and because of that environment, I fell in love with hiking and the outdoors. I want to travel all around the world experience other cultures and meet new people I can learn from. My goal is to make people laugh, feel loved and wanted, and create long-lasting memories and meaningful relationships.
