Hi! I'm Brooke Burns, an undergraduate student from Ohio who prioritizes academics and unique life experiences. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in health science at Clemson University, with my goal being to work as a physician assistant. I am passionate about the sciences, constantly captivated by everything the world has to offer and discover. While enrolled at Clemson, I have been a part of the Honors College and various student organizations and hope to become involved with research. I also prioritize being a good person and leaving a positive impact on those around me to make everyone feel included, seen, and heard. In life, I want to challenge myself to grow as a person, live in the moment, and have unique experiences to inspire me. I am very motivated in my academics, always wanting to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible. I have been an involved member of my community and school. I have participated in National Honor Society, Environmental Club, Student Council, Future Medical Professions Club, and a competitive dance team. I have also been named a College Sponsored National Merit Scholar, Distinguished Graduate, and AP Scholar with Distinction; I have received College Board's National Recognition for Rural and Small Town Students, First Honors in mathematics, an Academic Honors Diploma, and the President's Award for Educational Excellence. I have also been named to the Clemson President's List for a 4.0 GPA as well as named an Outstanding Student in General Chemistry.
