Bio

I love making people feel good about themselves and feel confident. I feel like these two things are the start to feeling fulfilled and happy. This is why I want to teach people about health and fitness. As of right now, I am a personal trainer and I love seeing how happy it makes people when they can lift more or lose weight. I absolutely know this is my calling and can't wait to keep making people feel great about themselves.

In the summer of 2021 I lost my 25 year old cousin from a drug addiction. He fought for 9 years to get and stay clean. In the end his body just did not have the strength. It seemed like it happened in the blink of an eye in December of 2020 I went down and saw him and he said he had been clean for a whole year. In February I was back in college and got a call from my mom saying they found out he had been using again and were trying to get him imitate help because he was having heart issues. He was doing fine for a while then around may he started using once again. He crashed his car and had to get flight for lived to the Denver hospital. They put a ticker and a cage on his heart and told him if he used again he would not be able to come back from it. Unfortunately he used again and at that point they could do nothing to save him. He went back home and got put on hospice. He had three aneurisms and could not move or talk for the last month of his life. He fought so hard those last months and made us all so proud. I learned to never take anything for granted. He died at the age of 25 and no one saw it coming. This experience made me realize that we are not promised a certain amount of time on this earth. We can die any day at anytime that’s why it’s so important to live everyday with no regrets. This taught me to not take anyone for granted and make sure you always tell your loved ones that you love them. It also taught me to fight for what I believe in no matter what and try to be the best vision of me that I can be. The sky is the limit and with our loved ones looking over us we can do anything.
