Good afternoon, my name is Brisa Martinez, I am currently a freshman at the University of Oklahoma. My main goal in life is to make my parents proud through the desire to become a pediatric surgeon. Since I was young I found it easy to create a mutually strong relationship with any child I knew. Given this, it breaks my heart to know that at some point in the life of a child, they may suffer due to a medical condition. My goal is to bring as much peace as I can to my patients through my job. Therefore, to obtain this goal, I like to work hard in all aspects in my life. Whether it is volunteering, schooling, and many other aspects of my daily life.
