I found my passion when I was least expected it. The summer of 2020 closed many doors for many people, but for me it opened a brand new chapter of my life. This decision has forever changed my life's path as I embarked on my swimming career. Swimming is more than a hobby to me; it is a lifestyle. For some, it may look like I give up a lot for swimming but I know how much more I have gained. Swimming has given me purpose, passion, and perseverance. It has taught me how to be a better athlete, better teammate, and better person. I look forward to pursing my academic and athletic career at Concordia University in the fall of 2024 and competing on the women's swim team.
