After graduating from Mountain View High School in Meridian, Idaho in 2011, I was accepted into Boise State University. I pursued my passion for wrestling by walking onto the university's wrestling team while also declaring my major in mechanical engineering. In 2012, I founded my own carpentry business while still in college, and by the age of 22, I had become a journeyman carpenter. The success of my business influenced my decision to temporarily leave college to focus on growing my business and gaining practical experience. In the spring of 2023, I decided to resume my studies and complete my degree in mechanical engineering. I also added a minor in materials science and engineering, which has equipped me with a diverse skill set and a strong foundation in both traditional engineering principles and cutting-edge materials science. Looking ahead, I am deeply passionate about contributing to the field of space exploration. My dream is to collaborate with organizations like NASA or SpaceX, leveraging my expertise in mechanical engineering and materials science to help pave the way for the next generation of human space exploration.
