As a first generation student, I am proud to be the first in my family to attend high school and pursue higher education. As of right now I am a high school student. My parents had a financial barriers that didn’t allow them to finish school yet their sacrifices they’ve done for me is in order for me to chase my dreams. Their hard work is my inspiration to continue my education and major an engineering or architecture. I am passionate about attending a university to achieve my goals, but to also represent and break stereotypes about the Hispanic/Latino community.
