Spirituality, science and math are three relationships that need to stick together to be able to explain the other. I believe you cannot have one without the other to be able to get into the details of creation. I can truly tap into the spirituality in a very personal way because I did have a personal experience in 2009 like no other. In 2009 I actually hit rock bottom. I had a broken heart and the pain was unbearable. So at that time I thought that ending my life was the only way to end my suffering. So I did plan it. I planned how I was going to kill myself. As I was planning and finished planning a day before I was going to actively end my life, I decided to say a prayer to God. I asked him if he was real like people said he was and if he was omnipresent then he would know what I was going to plan. I then proceeded to ask him if he wanted me to live that he would answer my prayers because I couldn’t live any longer. I asked him what he wanted me to do to be able to heal and be successful. I waited in silence to see if he was real. Five minutes later he answered me inside my mind and told me “To forgive everyone that hurt me and to finish school.” As I heard those words in my mind I then agreed to what he asked of me. I then started to see the opportunities that God was sending me. He was sending me friends that graduated from nursing school that I have not spoken to in years. Nursing has always been my dream but never was able to get on the nursing list. As I was going to school God was giving me the opportunity to heal by the books that I was reading in nursing school. The medical books were teaching me and educating me in mental health, abuse and addictions. I would cry in class here and there because the example that were being given at the time about domestic violence that I experienced in my life was exactly what I went through. I even felt embarrassed because I would look around the class and feel like the example was talking about me. I must admit I did go through a lot in my life and God gave me the opportunity to heal and get my career which I did. I am 100% healed from my past. God helped me get my Registered Nurse, BSN and I am successful in all areas in my life. I needed to explain the spiritual facts of God so I can then be able to explain how it coincides with science and math. I believe that without the creation of human beings there wouldn’t be the creation of math and science. I am a Registered Nurse so I have had experience in science and in math. I have seen how math plays into the healthcare systems in order to have healthy results. For example people with Diabetes. Research and calculations of medication that are needed to help in balancing someone’s sugar levels is very important. In nursing school we would have to research on how certain medications control blood sugars and keep the person balanced. If the calculations are not done correctly you can actually harm or even kill someone. This is why spirituality, science and math must coincide with one another. Not only in the medical field but in everything.

The healthcare field is a field that is very selfless and is a public service to all ages, gender, religion, races and cultures. This is why I chose this field. I chose this field since I was 4 years old. I am first Generation Mexican American and I did not know how I was going to go about achieving this amazing dream. I also had a learning disability and being of Spanish first language did not make it any easier I all my studies. School was very challenging for me but I pushed through. I was also a teen mom so I had another mouth to feed, but I pushed through. I believe through all of my challenges it made me realize that life can be challenging to many people. These challenges I faced made me have an open humbled heart for all, which then made me committed to learning different cultures, races and being more diverse I love learning from different cultures and races. I believe everybody is beautiful. Every culture and race has a lot to offer in this world including me.When people are open minded they are able to be more respectful and be able to communicate and build trust. In the healthcare field it is very important to be able to gain the trust of the person you are taking care of. Gaining trust with a patient is the most important thing a nurse can do to be able to give the most quality care. As I pursued my dream in becoming a nurse, I also accrued debt in school loans. I have 68,000 of school debt that I need to pay off. My goal is to pay it off as soon as I can but I need help. I believe once I finish I can then reach my goal of going for my Masters degree. Once I pay off all my school debt and finishing my Masters degree I want to pay off all my Other debt that I have accrued as well. So in 10 years I will be able to have my own business and have passive income coming in so when I pass away my daughter and grandchildren will be set even after I am gone. I also want to help other students to pay off their loans so they can focus on becoming successful and debt free.
