Bio

I am a dedicated and resilient aspiring physical therapist with a deep passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others restore confidence in their bodies. My journey into this field is driven not only by interest but by lived experience. In 2020, I endured an ATV accident followed by two major car accidents, each presenting physical and mental challenges. Rather than allowing these setbacks to define me, I took an active role in my recovery, rebuilding my strength, mobility, and overall well-being through discipline, education, and perseverance. These experiences transformed my perspective on patient care. I understand the vulnerability that comes with injury, as well as the importance of support, encouragement, and a personalized approach to healing. Through rehabilitating myself, I developed a deep appreciation for the body’s ability to recover when given the right tools and guidance, something I am committed to providing to others. I bring adaptability, empathy, and innovation, allowing me to meet individuals where they are and tailor care to their needs. I am committed to making a lasting impact through compassionate, high-quality care.
