I'm extremely passionate. I guess you can call me a Renaissance man:) On a serious note... I enjoy finding unique ways of doing things. I hate following the "crowd," and instead, seek out other better ways of doing them. I enjoy the discovery feeling once you find something unique that can actually work! I use this method for everything I'm passionate in. In order to give you a better feel or example of this characteristic, here's some key parts of a time that really started this off: Laying down, I rehashed every single move I made when I was cooking. “Did I pour too much oil? Was the pan heat too high? Did I lose focus?” I did everything the same way that everyone else has done it! Then, it hit me. All was normal, until I switched on the kettle. I slowly introduced a quarter cup of boiling water to the hot pan and vegetables. This changed everything—as no one has any record of doing it before. The hot water not only allowed the vegetables to cook even quicker, but also to become tastier. The issue with the “traditional” method is that the broccoli absorbs all the oil in the pan as it cooks, which gives you that “heavy” feeling. When introducing the boiling water, the broccoli absorbs the water, instead, and frees the vegetable to taste fresh and feel “light” when consumed. This brought a more natural feel to the dish. Upon my realization, I was able to break off into my own path to solve this issue, rather than just blindly follow the conventional ways. Not only can this be used for brussels sprouts, carrots, and asparagus, but can also be applied to anything in life.
