Howdy! My name is Avalyn and I plan to be a Large Animal DVM by the end of my college career. I will be attending UTM and hopefully earn my BSVS, and then I will set my sights on UTK or Texas A&M for my DVM. I love all animals, but I have specific interests in dogs, livestock, and African animals. Once I have my license, I hope to start working in rural communities where I can really make a difference, and eventually start my own affordable practice. I would also like to do veterinary work in Africa at some point in my career, as African animals hold a special place in my heart. Thanks so much for reading!
