I am obsessed with amassing all the knowledge I can, all there is to learn in the world is something I strive to attain. I have cycled through so many professional aspirations, from becoming a respected neurosurgeon, to becoming a welder to repair internet lines at the bottom of the ocean, I have hungered for it all, although now I'm strictly sticking to studies that center around neuroscience, psychiatry, and other fields of medicine. Even though sometimes I feel pressured by the seemingly insurmountable coursework I have to complete in order to achieve my career goals and thrive society, I take a step back. I assess my situation and think logically. After thinking about the next step and adapting to these challenges, I am able to see my goal. I am confident in the fact that I am reserved, adaptable, and studious. These facets of my character have been shaped by my unique life experiences. Growing up in a turbulent, borderline violent household, turned me into a very bitter an angry child, and it harmed my academic and social life. However, when I was about to enter highschool, I realized I wouldn't have a future living like that, so I needed to change. I developed study habits, and mentally challenged myself to redirect my negative feelings towards positive goals. I managed to join my high school's bowling and trap teams, regularly going to state. I advanced to AP classes, and was inducted into numerous honors societies, including the NHS. I am thankful to have survived this long, and I look forward to finding new opportunities.
