Question 1
I plan to begin law school in Fall 2025. I have applied to several schools, but I have officially placed my seat deposit at Liberty University School of Law. It was a clear choice for me because Liberty’s values align closely with my Christian convictions and desire to serve God through the legal field.
Question 2
My short-term goal is to build a solid foundation in constitutional law, with a particular focus on religious liberty. Long-term, I want to work with organizations and ministries that defend the rights of Christians and promote faith-based freedom in America. I hope to one day argue before the Supreme Court or serve in a leadership position at a constitutional advocacy group. Above all, I want to be a servant-leader who helps preserve the values that make our country free.
Question 3
I pursue learning and intellectual growth primarily through my faith, reading Scripture, and studying the works of Christian thinkers. Outside of school, I’ve also spent time learning from conservative legal minds like those at Alliance Defending Freedom and The Federalist Society. I read legal opinions and listen to podcasts that explore religious liberty, constitutional rights, and cultural shifts. These habits have shaped my desire to defend truth and justice not just in theory, but in practice. They’ve helped confirm my legal aspirations and equipped me with the language and courage to engage with complex moral and legal issues.
Question 4
When I was in high school, I had a public confrontation with a well-known rapper, YG. During a music festival, he called me onstage, asked me to denounce my political beliefs, and ultimately kicked me off when I refused. It created a storm of online attention and put me in a deeply uncomfortable and even dangerous situation. But I stood firm in my convictions and chose not to betray what I believed in, even though it cost me.
At the time, it was terrifying. I was just a teenager. But later, I realized that God was using that moment to grow me. I eventually wrote a letter to YG, not to attack him, but to forgive him. In that letter, I shared how Jesus had changed my life and how I was praying for his redemption too. That experience taught me the value of standing for what’s right with both boldness and grace. It confirmed my calling to fight for justice, not with bitterness, but with the heart of Christ.
Question 5
If I had the resources to create a philanthropic initiative, I would build a legal defense fund focused on helping Christians and faith-based organizations fight unjust legal actions. Today, churches, schools, and even small business owners are often pressured to conform to secular ideologies that violate their conscience. My initiative would provide legal aid, public education, and advocacy training to help believers stand strong.
I would also support initiatives that disciple and raise up young Christian leaders in law, politics, and culture because I believe the next generation of Daniels and Esthers needs to be equipped now more than ever.
