I am currently studying to become a sign language interpreter and I am loving the challenge that comes with that! I am involved with both the Deaf Basketball Association and the Deaf Volleyball Association on my campus at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I am still figuring out future plans but right now I am interested in interpreting in the legal or a k-12 school setting. I graduate in just over a year and I am currently looking for student interpreting work for next semester.
