My name is Aspen Allison. I love spending time with my family, babysitting, and traveling. My life goals include working with children, doing more for the community, and being a good influence to others. Through over 144 hours of volunteer work, I have learned that there is a deep satisfaction in helping others.

      River’s Edge Christian Academy — On a weekly basis, I volunteer my time by assisting the pre-school teacher. I make sure safety protocols are enforced and that kids are entertained while they wait to be picked up in carline.

      KARM (Knox Area Rescue Ministries ) — I volunteered by sorting through donated clothes to see which ones were suitable to sell. If the clothes are not suitable, KARM will send them to other organizations or to third-world countries.

      Zoo Knoxville — I have volunteered 144 hours at Zoo Knoxville. It included being a team leader volunteer for a children’s summer camp, interacting with guests, talking about the zoo’s mission,helping out wherever I am needed, mentoring new volunteers and giving tours, answering questions to guests at the zoo, and working the petting zoo.
