- Business Administration, Management and Operations

I am a first-generation international student from Bangladesh with a deep passion for entrepreneurship and social impact. As a Director at SetupOnce, an AI-powered automation platform for small businesses, I work to make technology accessible to underserved entrepreneurs. I also served as Assistant Country Director at the International Youth Summit, coordinating young leaders across Bangladesh. Growing up in Pabna and studying in Dhaka, I witnessed how limited access to education and resources holds back talented young people. That experience drives my commitment to building systems that create opportunity, not just for myself, but for communities that are often overlooked. My goal is to build a career at the intersection of business strategy and technology, using my degree in Business Administration to scale ventures that solve real problems. I want to return to Bangladesh with the skills and network to create sustainable economic pathways for young people, especially women in underserved areas. I am a strong candidate because I do not just study problems, I act on them. Whether coordinating national youth programs, co-directing a tech startup, or volunteering with street children education initiatives, I bring leadership, resilience, and purpose to everything I pursue. A scholarship would not just fund my education, it would multiply the impact I am already working to create.
