Holaa!! My name is Ariam Elisua Reyes Lucas but my nickname is Sua!! and I am a senior in high school. I was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis at an early age but my condition has inspired me to become a physician&Suegrion in the future. I have participated in 3 programs at my local state medical school( MUSC). I have been part of the MUSC Teen Science Ambassadors Program, MUSC Summer Youth Employment Program, and MUSC Student Mentors Minorites in Health Care. I did volunteer work for NHS and NTHS., I am committed to the College of Charleston and majoring in biology with a possibility of a minor in Neuroscience. It has always been my dream to work in the medical field and become a Neurosurgeon or Med-Peds. I also plan to attend Medical School at MUSC. I am fascinated by the workings of the human body, the range of diseases, and the surgical procedures used in treatment. I want to make a difference in my community as a Hispanic student by helping everyone equally with their health issues.
